Re-entry Permit: A permanent resident who wants to stay outside the U.S. for more than one year, but does not want to lose his or her permanent resident status (green card), must obtain a re-entry permit. If you need our help in applying for a re-entry permit, please contact us and we will send you all the necessary information in detail.
Advance Parole: If you want to leave the U.S. for a short visit, but your immigration case is still pending (no decision has been made), you will need to obtain advance parole, which will allow you to return to the U.S.

Once we receive your e-mail, we'll contact you to confirm receipt of your mail. We will process your application as soon as we receive it and within a few days you will have your case fully prepared.
