Abused spouse, parent or child

Service fee: $2000

Please note that according to the USCIS, domestic violence is a pattern of behavior in which one intimate partner or spouse threatens or abuses the other. Abuse may include physical harm, forced sexual relations, emotional manipulation (including isolation or intimidation), and economic and/or immigration-related threats. While most reported incidents of domestic violence involve men who abuse women or children, men can also be victims of domestic violence.

Domestic violence can include sexual assault, child abuse, and other violent crimes. Sexual assault is any type of sexual activity that you do not consent to, including with your spouse, and can be committed by anyone. Child abuse includes: physical abuse (any injury that is not accidental, including excessive punishment), physical neglect (failure to provide food, shelter, medical care, or supervision), sexual abuse, and emotional abuse (threats, withholding love, support, or guidance).

You can file an abused spouse, parent, or child case if you are the victim of assault or extreme cruelty committed by:

➤ U.S. citizen spouse or former spouse,

➤ U.S. citizen son or daughter,
