Important information!

Contact a reliable and trustworthy immigration agency because it is your future and ultimately your destiny that is at stake! The whole point of the process is to ensure that the immigration case is handled and filed in a professional manner and that the client can hold the agency accountable for the work done. Attorneys and agencies without a moral compass take no responsibility for their work and blame the immigration system for any setbacks and misunderstandings. Corner offices and ghost agencies disappear without consequence, leaving clients with their cases and problems.

Don't Lose Your Green Card Due to Absence from the U.S.

Typically, the biggest hurdle is when you actually return to the United States and interact with a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer. The officer who greets you will ask questions to determine if you have abandoned your permanent residence if you took a trip for more than six months, and you really have some explaining to do if your trip lasted more than a year. The CBP officer will look at the reason for your trip, how long you intended to be gone, and what caused you to be gone so long. You can also abandon your permanent residence by taking multiple trips, no matter how long, if you don't really spend much time in the United States overall.

"It all started with a thought, a wish, a hope or a dream." - Brian Tracy

Extension and change of status from H2-B or J-1 to B-2

We can help you with the processing of your application for extension of stay and/or change of status from H2-B or J-1 to B-2 category (visitor status for 6 months). We can't and don't deal with extending working status (J-1, H2-B, etc.) as you need a sponsor or employer for that. Only your sponsor for the work visa (your employer) can apply for an extension of your J-1 or H2-B status. We, as an agency (or you on your own) can apply for a change of status and/or extension of stay in the B2 category and can request a six (6) month extension to keep our clients in the U.S. legally. Applications to change status and/or extend stay in the B-2 category may be initiated 60 days before the I-94 departure record or US work visa expires.

The safest immigrant-friendly states in America

There are extreme differences between states in terms of how pro- or anti-immigrant a state's laws are. In some states, it has become a political and legal battle to protect the rights of immigrants, whether or not a state allows or disallows an immigrant who is (currently) out of status to obtain a state driver's license, or whether or not they should fear the state's police or authorities, e.g. if they check on them while driving, worry about their minor child's education, want to go to a higher education institution, etc.
